• Monday: Smash including BANDEJA, VIBORA, X3, X4, BOOMERANG
• Tuesday: Volleys (offensive and defensive)
• Wednesdays: Master the Walls- Defense game.
• Thursday: Defense- Transition- Attacking game (Transitions)
• Friday: Serve and Return.
